No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
The ingredients you will need are:
Butter : 2 Tsp (melted)
Unsweetened cocoa powder: 2 Tbsp
Coconut flakes (unsweetened) : 2 cups
Vanilla extract: 2 Tsp
Creamy and natural peanut butter: 1 1/3 cups
a big bowl to make the mixture, a baking and cookie sheet
1.- Grab the big bowl put the natural peanut butter, the melted butter, vanilla extract, the coconut flakes, the unsweetened cocoa powder and mix them very well, you don´t need a mixer you can mix it with a spoon.
2.- With the help of a scoop take small portions of the mixture and place them in the cookie sheet, you can cookie shape them with the scoop.
3.- Place them for 30 minutes in the freezer in this way they will set.
4.- Enjoy your cookies.
